Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks that integrate future insights into corporate planning and product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype innovative solutions for future challenges
- Present compelling future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members to inform decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to incubate next-generation technologies and business models
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers on future trends and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technological forecasting methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing landscapes
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight preferred
