Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socioeconomic shifts, and geopolitical trends to map 3-5 year strategic scenarios
- Develop quantitative forecasting models for market disruption and adoption curves
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Author annual '2026 Horizon Report' for executive board and investor briefings
- Identify and build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across R&D, operations, and talent acquisition
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning and quantitative forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation
