- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for 3-5 year horizons
- Collaborate with R&D to translate future insights into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Present compelling vision narratives to stakeholders and executive leadership

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused planning
- Proven track record of translating future insights into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend mapping, and systemic analysis methodologies
