Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends through 2026
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and market disruption opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight insights into corporate strategy and product development
- Establish and manage cross-functional innovation labs focused on next-generation solutions
- Deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders on future scenarios and strategic implications

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning, etc.)
