Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks that inform multi-year corporate roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Present disruptive insights to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to pioneer next-generation methodologies
- Champion a culture of radical innovation across global teams through thought leadership and mentorship
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism leadership roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-disrupting initiatives
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from WFS or APF) strongly preferred
