- Present foresight frameworks to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technology implementation
- Mentor a team of innovation specialists in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (2019-2025)
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and disruptive technology
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ innovation case studies with measurable impact
