- Develop and execute 2026 strategic innovation roadmaps across AI, biotech, and sustainable technology domains

- Chair cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and industry experts
- Present visionary insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio including pilot projects and strategic partnerships
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AI ethics
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Scenario Planning)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience leading global innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Published author or keynote speaker at major tech conferences
- Fluency in data visualization tools and strategic modeling software
