Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic innovation framework using futures research methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and validating emerging tech opportunities (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Present compelling innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive organizational culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Strong background in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Certification in Innovation Management or Foresight methodologies
- Experience scaling innovation programs in enterprise environments
