- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for geopolitical/societal shifts
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders through data-driven narratives
- Build external partnerships with research institutions and innovation hubs

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic planning, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovations
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to inspire cross-functional teams
- Published thought leadership in futurism/innovation (articles, whitepapers)
