Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and sociocultural shifts to identify high-impact opportunities for 2026
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks including scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present executive-level strategic briefings translating foresight into actionable business imperatives
- Establish KPIs for innovation adoption and track progress against 2026 strategic milestones
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into coherent narratives
- Experience leading high-impact innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 or scaling tech environments
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
