Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive foresight frameworks for 2026+ technological, economic, and societal trends
- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive stakeholders to identify strategic inflection points
- Translate foresight insights into actionable innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Champion emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their disruptive potential
- Manage a portfolio of strategic innovation projects from ideation to market validation
- Build and lead a high-performing foresight team with diverse expertise
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and external partners
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Innovation Management, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategy with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Exceptional facilitation skills for C-level workshops and stakeholder engagement
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, books, whitepapers)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed corporate environments
- Strong data literacy with proficiency in trend analysis and scenario modeling tools
