Responsibilities

- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-ready strategies into organizational DNA
- Curate and host exclusive FutureSummit events with industry disruptors
- Build and manage an innovation pipeline with $15M+ annual R&D budget
- Champion ethical frameworks for emerging technologies and societal impact
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy for frontier innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or C-suite tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching paradigm-shifting products or services
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in innovation journals or global forums
- Experience scaling innovation labs within enterprise environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating transformational impact on business models
