Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map future scenarios and disruption vectors
- Translate foresight insights into actionable strategic initiatives for product development
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Present future outlooks to executive stakeholders and Board of Directors
- Monitor global technological and societal shifts to identify first-mover opportunities
- Drive organizational culture of exponential thinking and adaptive innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting technological disruption and market shifts
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
