Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients in healthcare, energy, and manufacturing sectors
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with C-suite executives to align on future-proof strategies
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content for industry conferences
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions using emerging technologies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with compelling data visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in foresight consulting, corporate strategy, or technology innovation roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics
- Proven experience developing scenario-planning frameworks for multinational organizations
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex technical concepts
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals or top-tier business publications
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodology background
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
