You'll lead scenario planning for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence while building a dynamic innovation ecosystem that positions us as the undisputed leader in 2026's tech landscape.
Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze emerging technology trends through horizon scanning and predictive modeling
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for 2026+ with measurable KPIs and ROI frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-gen products and services
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for cutting-edge R&D
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology paradigms
- Manage innovation incubator programs for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent professional designation preferred
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex concepts
- Experience building innovation ecosystems in Fortune 500 environments
- Published author or keynote speaker on future trends
