Responsibilities

- Present future insights to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Establish quantitative forecasting models for emerging market opportunities
- Coordinate with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with future needs
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for board-level decision-making
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight ecosystem
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Experience with AI/ML forecasting tools and quantitative modeling
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
- Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable business strategies
