Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory landscapes, and behavioral shifts to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026+
- Develop strategic frameworks for product innovation pipelines aligned with 5-10 year horizon planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable future scenarios
- Partner with C-suite to translate foresight insights into corporate strategy and resource allocation
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technologies and their societal impacts
- Establish external partnerships with research institutions, startups, and policy think tanks
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies and agile adaptation techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or consulting with future-facing focus
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
