Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and market disruptions for 2026+
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives and future market demands
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessments for technological and societal transformations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate futuristic concepts into viable product prototypes
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members with data-backed recommendations
- Build and manage cross-functional innovation incubators for emerging technologies
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes for strategic opportunities
- Drive organizational culture shifts toward future-readiness and adaptive innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Innovation Management, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and disruption analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams and managing incubation projects
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (articles, books, reports)
