Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for board-level decision-making
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and climate tech breakthroughs
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineering, product, and marketing teams
- Produce trend analysis reports and competitive intelligence for executive stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Drive corporate culture transformation to embrace experimental innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in corporate innovation, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic foresight programs
