Responsibilities

- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders using data-driven visualizations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype disruptive solutions in quantum/AI domains
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and academic researchers
- Develop patentable innovation frameworks for next-gen tech ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on long-term vision
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFP) preferred
