Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, economic, and environmental domains
- Develop strategic scenarios and roadmaps for 2026+ market evolution
- Partner with R&D teams to align innovation initiatives with future market needs
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities
- Design and implement foresight methodologies including Delphi studies and scenario planning
- Guide cross-functional teams in adopting future-ready business models
- Publish thought leadership on industry transformation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Strong communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience with futures research methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic foresight projects
- Fluency in data visualization tools and trend mapping software
