Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic foresight roadmaps using trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into innovation priorities
- Monitor emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for disruptive potential
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen product development and implementation
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Produce annual Future Outlook reports with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or Innovation Management
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Proven track record of presenting complex futures to executive audiences
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., from School of International Futures)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-oriented projects with measurable outcomes
