Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop and maintain horizon-scanning frameworks to identify emerging opportunities and threats
- Design innovation roadmaps aligning with organizational goals and future-proofing strategies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster creative thinking and strategic alignment
- Present compelling futures scenarios to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Quantify future risks and opportunities through scenario modeling and predictive analytics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years experience as a futurist, innovation strategist, or foresight professional
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future visions
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, APF) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented projects
