- Develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-ready solutions in AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Translate complex technological developments into actionable business strategies for C-suite stakeholders
- Establish ethical guardrails for emerging technologies through our proprietary Future Impact Assessment Matrix
- Drive thought leadership through industry whitepapers and keynote presentations at global forums
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and innovation management
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to capture emerging opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful innovation roadmaps beyond 2025
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or innovation management frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex scenarios to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight projects with measurable business impact
- Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, or energy) preferred
