- Develop 2026-2030 technology foresight frameworks using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Produce annual Future State reports on AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Design pilot programs for emerging technologies with potential $50M+ market impact
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Translate complex future scenarios into executable product roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to executive boards and investment committees
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published research on emerging technologies (peer-reviewed journals or industry reports)
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and Delphi techniques
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives with measurable ROI
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI ethics, quantum applications, or neurotech
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or Academy of Foresight)
