Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and cultural trends to map 3-5 year future scenarios
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks that integrate AI, biotech, and sustainable technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-oriented business models
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive analytics for executive decision-making
- Identify and evaluate disruptive opportunities in emerging markets and sectors
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Champion innovation culture by mentoring teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to C-level audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented projects
