Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and global megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for clients in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and innovation priorities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Design and implement innovation pipelines integrating AI, quantum computing, and circular economy principles
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Mentor junior strategists and curate a global network of futurists and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology planning at Fortune 500 firms
- Proven track record developing and executing future-focused business strategies with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, biotech, climate tech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams and presenting to C-suite executives and boards
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation strategy (articles, whitepapers, books)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major innovation initiatives launched from foresight insights
