- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic concepts (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Design strategic roadmaps aligning emerging technologies with business objectives and market opportunities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and R&D labs to capture bleeding-edge innovations
- Present compelling narratives to executive stakeholders and board members about future technology impacts
- Mentor innovation teams in futures thinking methodologies and rapid prototyping techniques
- Author thought leadership publications on technology disruption and societal implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Technique) preferred
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario planning skills with portfolio evidence
- Experience scaling innovation programs in enterprise environments ($1B+ revenue)
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing C-suite and investor audiences
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field required
