Responsibilities

- Design strategic innovation frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-state solutions using design sprint methodologies
- Develop scenario-planning models for geopolitical and technological uncertainty
- Produce executive-grade trend reports with actionable recommendations for board-level decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen products and services
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and technology trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, AI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Design Thinking (preferred)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism journals
- Experience leading high-stakes client engagements with executive stakeholders
