Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, neurotech) to forecast industry disruptions through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future innovation roadmaps
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on emerging paradigm shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Monitor regulatory evolutions and ethical implications of breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Strong data visualization and scenario modeling skills
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., AC/SCIP preferred)
