As our Futurist Innovation Strategist, you'll work with Fortune 500 clients and internal R&D teams to anticipate technological disruptions, identify emerging market trends, and design scalable innovation frameworks. You'll be the compass guiding our organization through the complexities of exponential change.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps using scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Produce forward-looking white papers and trend reports for C-suite stakeholders
- Design and implement strategic foresight frameworks across product development cycles
- Collaborate with AI, quantum computing, and biotech research teams on experimental projects
- Present findings to executive boards and external partners with compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology planning
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in trend analysis and scenario planning
- Strong presentation abilities with executive communication experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFS, Foresight Professional)
- Published research or thought leadership in innovation or futures fields
