Responsibilities
- Develop and implement forward-looking innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological horizons
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable energy to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating breakthrough concepts through rapid experimentation cycles
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
