- Produce trend intelligence reports with actionable recommendations for product development
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to scout emerging technologies
- Design and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive threats
- Mentor junior strategists in futures-thinking methodologies and analytical tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
