Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socioeconomic indicators to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop and communicate compelling future scenarios to executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Lead strategic workshops to ideate innovative solutions aligned with long-term organizational vision
- Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate future-ready technologies into current roadmaps
- Monitor competitive intelligence and emerging threats/opportunities across industries
- Quantify strategic risks and opportunities through data modeling and scenario planning

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Demonstrated experience presenting at industry conferences or publishing thought leadership
