Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating industry transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into innovation roadmaps
- Produce trend reports and whitepapers published in top-tier industry publications
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Mentor junior strategists and build foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into business impact
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Shell's two-axes method)
