Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Develop 2026 innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in healthcare, energy, and finance
- Facilitate futures-thinking workshops with executive teams using scenario planning methodologies
- Author quarterly disruption reports with predictive modeling and risk assessments
- Build strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and DARPA
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio allocation for experimental R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Published thought leadership in Futures Studies or Innovation Management
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools: Delphi method, causal layered analysis, STEEPVL
- Experience leading enterprise-scale transformation projects ($10M+ budget)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP preferred)
