Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual Technology Horizon Reports identifying emerging trends, risks, and opportunities through 2026
- Lead cross-functional scenario-planning workshops for executives and product teams
- Design innovation frameworks integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Establish strategic partnerships with futurist think tanks and academic research institutions
- Present future-vision briefings to investors and board members quarterly
- Curate 2026 Innovation Roadmap with measurable KPIs and resource allocation
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven expertise in emerging technology adoption patterns (AI, Web3, AR/VR)
- Certification in scenario planning or futures forecasting (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend-mapping tools
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for C-level audiences
- MSc or PhD in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-vision projects implemented through 2025
