- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational vision

- Present strategic foresight findings to stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and thought leaders
- Anticipate ethical implications of emerging technologies and develop governance frameworks
- Mentor innovation teams in future-thinking methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
