Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to incubate breakthrough concepts aligned with future market demands
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Translate futuristic insights into product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Author thought leadership publications and present future outlooks at industry conferences
- Mentor innovation teams in applying futurist methodologies to R&D processes
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurist or innovation publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 leadership on transformational initiatives
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Systems Thinking)
