Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, sociology, and economics to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ product ecosystems and market positioning
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and risk mitigation for future markets
- Build and maintain an international network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight insights into actionable business strategies and investment priorities
- Author thought leadership reports on emerging paradigms (quantum computing, bio-integration, AI ethics)
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-proofing methodologies and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented business frameworks with measurable impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend synthesis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field required
- Published work or speaking engagements on future trends preferred
- Experience working with C-suite executives in Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
