Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop scenario planning frameworks for 2026+ business environments
- Design strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Facilitate C-level workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Author thought leadership publications on disruptive technology impacts
- Coordinate with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic indicators affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused role
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Proven track record of translating future insights into executable strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for complex concept visualization
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
