Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps for 2026+ technological adoption
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable energy
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives across industries
- Author forward-looking white papers and strategic frameworks
- Manage cross-functional teams of futurists, engineers, and designers
- Identify and assess disruptive technologies with commercial potential
- Present strategic insights to global stakeholders at industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (provide 3+ examples)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight required
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-scanning work
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and Delphi techniques
