Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, and economic domains to forecast 2026+ landscape shifts
- Develop and maintain a strategic foresight framework with quarterly scenario planning workshops
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate moonshot projects aligned with future market opportunities
- Deliver executive briefings on disruptive technologies and systemic risks
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and sustainable energy transitions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Quantify future market potential through data-driven scenario modeling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in technology forecasting and systemic trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience facilitating C-level workshops and scenario planning sessions
