Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and societal trends to forecast 3-5 year market disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for strategic decision-making under uncertainty
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future innovation priorities
- Produce trend reports and competitive intelligence briefings for executive stakeholders
- Design pilot programs to test and validate future-facing business models
- Build relationships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology assessment
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills with executive audiences
- Experience with futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech domains (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
