Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based innovation roadmaps with quantifiable ROI projections
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and predictive models
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating AI, biotech, and sustainability trends
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and analytical frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of developing executable future-state strategies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization proficiency
