Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology roadmapping
