Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 strategic innovation framework, aligning with global market shifts and technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing moonshot projects targeting 2026 market gaps
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and societal shifts
- Design and pilot next-generation business models leveraging exponential technologies
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders with data-driven future scenarios
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Foster a culture of experimental thinking through hackathons and innovation challenges
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of leading transformational initiatives with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing applications, climate tech, or biotechnology
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Experience presenting to executive boards and influencing strategic decisions
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technology trends
