Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026, focusing on AI integration and next-gen cloud architecture.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Neuromorphic Computing) to identify viable product opportunities.
- Establish technical standards and best practices to ensure scalability and security.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into detailed technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product management with a track record of leading large-scale projects.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML lifecycles and modern software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
- Proven ability to think strategically and translate complex future trends into business value.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed systems.
