Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive 10-year technology roadmap, identifying key milestones and deliverables for the year 2026.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee advanced research initiatives in Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and 6G connectivity, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
- Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with top-tier academic institutions, think tanks, and industry disruptors to foster innovation.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology landscapes to anticipate regulatory changes, emerging competitors, and disruptive technologies.
- Executive Communication: Present complex technical strategies to the C-suite and board of directors, translating data into compelling narratives.
- Resource Allocation: Direct engineering and product teams in prioritizing resources for high-impact, long-term projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic technology planning, R&D management, or high-level consulting.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in AI/ML architectures, Cloud Infrastructure, and emerging quantum algorithms.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives from concept to execution.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and pivot strategies based on new data.
