Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and scale next-gen solutions with 5-year strategic vision
- Analyze global tech disruption vectors and competitive landscapes to identify first-mover advantages
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and acquire emerging startups with transformative potential
- Present strategic frameworks to the board with data-driven ROI projections for futuristic initiatives
- Establish industry thought leadership through whitepapers, conference keynotes, and patent portfolios
- Mentor innovation teams in agile methodologies for long-term R&D project execution
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with demonstrated impact on enterprise-level transformation
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Track record of launching products with 7+ year market foresight
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
- Proficiency in scenario planning frameworks and technology adoption lifecycle modeling
- Experience securing $50M+ budgets for multi-year innovation initiatives
- Strong network within DARPA, IEEE, or similar tech innovation ecosystems
